These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 888j ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 888j.cam. Each user may hold only one (1) active account on the 888j platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your 888j account is deemed to have been authorised by you. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus schemes — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or structured betting to guarantee profit — will result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets, wagers, and game interactions on the 888j platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other games offered. These rules are available within each respective game or betting market and form part of this Agreement.

6.1 Sports Betting

In-play and pre-match betting markets are subject to the settlement rules published for each sport. Cricket markets, including PSL, Test, T20I, and ODI formats, follow standard bet settlement protocols based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games including live dealer tables and slot titles use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent third parties. The house edge and game rules are disclosed for each title. 888j does not influence game outcomes.

6.3 Voids & Cancellations

888j reserves the right to void bets placed in error, resulting from technical failures, incorrect odds published due to manual or system error, or markets opened in circumstances where the event has already concluded. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the user's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888j platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the platform.
• Creating or operating more than one account, including accounts held in the name of third parties.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially motivated criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or mathematical loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users without authorisation.
• Conducting or participating in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 888j account to any third party.

888j reserves the right to take immediate action against any account found to be in breach of the above, including the permanent suspension of the account, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 888j platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, redistribute, or exploit any portion of the 888j platform without the express prior written permission of the Company.

888j collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the 888j platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 888j support team. Where closure is initiated by you, any valid, unwagered account balance will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 888j is licensed to operate.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the statutory rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
